The laws of the state of California and the county of Santa Barbara apply to the use, sale and licensing of content on this site. Jurisdiction for any disputes will be the county of Santa Barbara, CA.

Tax & Duties

In Color holds a valid California seller's permit. All purchases of products sold on this site and delivered to a destination within the state of California will be subject to California sales and use tax. Prices are listed in US Dollars. For customers purchasing from outside of the the state of California, you may be liable for local duties or taxes. It is not always the case that you will be asked to pay these. However, if this does happen, it is solely a matter between yourself and your local authorities.

Representation of Goods

Descriptions of products and services advertised on this site are to the best of our knowledge accurately represented. Anything that we find to be incorrect we rectify immediately. However, you should be aware that prints might differ slightly in color and appearance from the way they are displayed dependent on your computer's display. Images displayed on the web site have been color corrected on a calibrated display, and final prints will represent this accurate color. However, we have no control over the color correctness of the display on which you view these images; therefore, we cannot guarantee that final prints will match what you see on your display.

Availability of Goods

All goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order for any reason In Color will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered.

Security & Privacy

First and foremost, your data is completely safe with us. We will not share it with or sell it on to any third party at any time now or in the future unless you have specified permission for this during the registration process.

We collect your data, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We use it to ensure that we can supply you with the purchase you want to make from In Color, so we can provide you with the best service possible.
Further, neither In Color nor A Arthur Fisher will not send any unsolicited promotional emails to you, unless you have specified permission for this during the registration process or when subscribing to our newsletters and offers.

Delivery

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods purchased have arrived at your nominated delivery address or collection point. At this time risks of loss, breakages and all damages then pass to you.

Returns

It is advised strongly that you check all goods on delivery. Should there be anything missing from your order or goods damaged in any way, this should be communicated to the courier at time of delivery as well as to In Color as soon as possible and certainly within seven days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for missing goods unless this is brought to the attention of the courier at the time of delivery. For damaged goods we will offer a full replacement. We will instruct you to return or destroy the damaged goods at our sole discretion and expense.

Should you need to return an item for any reason, you must contact us first, within seven days of receipt before attempting to ship back to us.

Liability of Loss

Under this agreement, neither In Color nor A Arthur Fisher will be held liable for any loss, directly or indirectly caused by any actions on our part, of information, revenue, profit, business or management time, however caused.

Payment

We accept various methods of payment including most major credit/debit cards, checks, and postal orders. All payment must be cleared before goods are shipped from our premises. Our current payment gateway is Google Checkout, and they will conduct the financial transaction in accordance with their own terms. Google Checkout will act as the clearinghouse to process the funds you provide. Google Checkout, exclusively, will maintain all the sensitive financial information exchanged in this transaction. In Color will not ever capture, store or contain that information; therefore, In Color will not even be in a position to compromise such data.

Right to Alter Terms & Conditions

A Arthur Fisher and In Color retain the right to alter the Terms & Conditions set out on this page without prior notice. Any alterations to these Terms & Conditions will, however, be updated on the website and only after such will any new Terms & Conditions be valid in respect to those replaced.
